Delivery Window

Setup window on TechPOS side

      • Log in to the TechPOS dashboard.
      • Navigate to Web Menu UI Settings.
      • Go to the Delivery section and open it.
      • To enable the Delivery Window option, check the corresponding box.


      • After activation, you can define your weekly delivery times. For each day, you may set one or multiple time slots during which delivery will be available.


        With the Edit button, you can edit any of the windows or delete them.


Show Delivery times on website

Display on the website when a product is added to the cart and the delivery method is selected as Delivery.


Here you can select one of the delivery time slots for that day. If the selected slot has already passed or falls within the cut-off time, the system will display the next available slot on the following day in the week. Once selected and paid, it will be recorded in the TechPOS system and displayed in the orders.

Go to the following path:

      • POS Sales → Queued Orders
      • Click on the order request and you can view the details there.
