As part of the February 2026 release, the Employee Permission Report has been enhanced with a new data column:
Last Login Date & Time
This update provides better visibility into employee system activity and improves internal monitoring and compliance tracking.
Navigation
Menu > Reports > Employee > Employee Profile
What’s New

A new column titled “Last Login” has been added to the report.
This column displays:
- The most recent login date
- The exact login time
- Based on system authentication records
This information is visible directly within:
- On-screen report view
- Downloaded CSV export
Why This Matters
