As part of the February 2026 release, the Employee Permission Report has been enhanced with a new data column:

Last Login Date & Time

This update provides better visibility into employee system activity and improves internal monitoring and compliance tracking.


Navigation

Menu > Reports > Employee > Employee Profile


What’s New

A new column titled “Last Login” has been added to the report.

This column displays:

  • The most recent login date
  • The exact login time
  • Based on system authentication records

This information is visible directly within:

  • On-screen report view
  • Downloaded CSV export

Why This Matters

This enhancement helps internal teams:

  • Monitor account usage
