Fulfill Leafly Orders on the POS (With Order Integration)

In this section, we will guide you through the step-by-step instructions for fulfilling Leafly Orders though the direct Order integration with TechPOS.

Leafly is an online ordering platform that allows customers to browse your menu and place orders for in-store pickup or delivery.

Delivery

Please note that Leafly doesn’t support online payment at delivery.

Currently, TechPOS only supports delivery orders that are paid in advance, so this option isn’t available at this moment.


Tax Setup

These are options in Leafly available in TechPOS:

      1. Tax Excluded – Do not estimate tax, display “Calculated at payment.”
      2. Tax Excluded – TechPOS Integration: Not available at this moment.

Discount Setup

Products and discounts are updated every hour.

If they have not been updated, please follow the instructions below.

Leafly Deals setup: Managing Your Leafly Deals

In TechPOS, a discount corresponds to the following Leafly deal types:

      • Sale Items: Pricing > Campaign
      • Bundle Discount: Pricing > Campaigns - Mix and Match (Please follow the settings in the screenshot). Not available at this moment.
      • Entire Order: Pricing > Customized Discount
      • BOGO: Not supported in TechPOS.

Entire Order (TechPOS)

💡 Tip: Make sure that all categories and items for a deal in TechPOS are correctly matched. Mismatches may result in incorrect pricing.


Order Management

Once the integration is set up by the TechPOS support team, the Leafly order button will be enabled on the POS page. Please click the button to view Leafly orders.


After opening the order details, click the Start to Prepare button. This action updates the order status to Preparing.

You can also cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button, which will update the order status accordingly.


Please scan the item or select the lot for the order.

Once completed, click Finish Online Order to finish the order. It will update the order status to Ready.

When the customer arrives at the store and completes the payment, the order status will be updated to Completed.
