How to Reset Your Password

This article will guide you on how to reset the password of your account.

  1. Click on the left-hand side top corner where you will see 3 vertical lines on the POS Page

  2. Then go to Users and Click on Employee


  3. Once you click on Employee then you need to select the Employee whose password needs to be reset and on the right-hand side in the Edit section click on the 3 dots and select Reset Password.


  4. Once you click on reset password you will be receiving an email on the email address where you will get the temporary password.

  5. Then go to the POS page and on the Right-hand top corner, you will see 3 dots click on that.

  6. Then click on the third option Change Password


  7. Once you click on Change Password you will see the below window, then enter the email address, temporary password and the new password.


  8. Once you enter the new password and click on Change Password and your password will be changed.

  9. You can log out and re-login using the new Password.

NOTE: The password should be at least 8 characters, contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, a symbol, and a number.
