Go to Menu \> Users \> Employee 2\. Edit Employee 3\. Navigate to app.techpos.ca 2\. Click on Forgot Password 3\. Then you will receive an email with a temporary password that can be used.  5\. Go to Menu \> Users \> Employee 2\. Click on the Edit Button 3\. If an employee works at multiple store locations, the Owner can only reset their password if they hold ownership over all the stores associated with that employee. In situations where the Owner does not have full ownership across every relevant store, they will not have direct access to reset the employee’s password.
