How to Reset Your Password
This article will guide you on how to reset the password of your account.
- Click on the left-hand side top corner where you will see 3 vertical lines on the POS Page
- Then go to Users and Click on Employee
- Once you click on Employee then you need to select the Employee whose password needs to be reset and on the right-hand side in the Edit section click on the 3 dots and select Reset Password.
- Once you click on reset password you will be receiving an email on the email address where you will get the temporary password.
- Then go to the POS page and on the Right-hand top corner, you will see 3 dots click on that.
- Then click on the third option Change Password
- Once you click on Change Password you will see the below window, then enter the email address, temporary password and the new password.
- Once you enter the new password and click on Change Password and your password will be changed.
- You can log out and re-login using the new Password.
NOTE: The password should be at least 8 characters, contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, a symbol, and a number.
