Hourly Sales Averaged Report – Interactive Table Overview


Navigation Steps:

Go to Menu > Report > Hourly Sales Averaged Report



Select the Date Range and Branch, and click “VIEW REPORT”



Searching and Filtering

Users can easily filter data in any column by clicking the filter icon:

      • Text Columns (e.g., Name, Email): Type to search for exact or partial matches.
      • Date Columns: Choose a specific date or date range.
      • Dropdown Filters: Select one or more values from a list.

Tip: Multiple filters can be active at the same time.



Filtering with the Mini Filter

When you click the filter icon (🔽) in a column header, you'll see a Mini Filter field at the top of the dropdown.

How to use it:

      • Start typing in the Mini Filter box to narrow down the filter options below.
      • As you type, the list will instantly update to show only matching values.
      • Check or uncheck boxes to filter the column data.


Sorting

To sort data, click the column header:

      • 1st click = Sort ascending 🔼
      • 2nd click = Sort descending 🔽
      • 3rd click = Remove sorting

Users can sort multiple columns by holding Shift while clicking another header.



Moving and Resizing Columns

      • Resize: Drag the edge of a column header to make it wider or narrower.
      • Reorder: Click and drag a column header to change its position.


Exporting to CSV

To download the current view of the grid:

    1. Click the Export CSV button (if enabled).
    2. The file will automatically download with your filtered and sorted data.
