This article offers a concise overview of setting up the Machool integration, including the order flow, shipping configuration on the Machool portal, and completing the order on the POS.
First Setup: Activate Machool Integration
Step 1: Reach out to TechPOS Support to gather the following information:
- Branch ID
- Store ID/Company ID
- API Key
Step 2: Once details are provided, login to the Machool Portal.
Step 3: Go to E-Commerce > Add New Store

Step 4: Select TechPOS from the list:

Step 5: Enter the details provided and click on Connect

Second Setup: Enable Shipping on E-Commerce
Step 1: Login into TechPOS Portal
Step 2: Go to Menu > Web Menu > UI Setting

Step 3: Scroll down to Shipment Settings and update the following:
- Enable the Ship to Home setting
- Set the Standard Shipping Fee Cost

Step 4: Save.
Machool Integration Process (E-Commerce Order Flow)
Step 1: Customer completes the order online by selecting the Shipping Option

Step 2: Customer enters the Shipping Details

Step 3: Customer checks out and pays for the order, then they receive an order ID and email confirmation.

Machool Integration Process (Machool Portal)
Step 1: Login to Machool Portal, then go to E-Commerce Tab

Step 2: From here, you will see the orders placed from e-commerce for shipping.

Step 3: Complete shipping on the Machool Portal.
Machool Integration Process (POS Page)
Step 1: Login to TechPOS Portal and go to POS.
Step 2: Go to Queued Order
Step 3: Select the Order to be completed and click on Start to Prepare

Step 4: Scan the products and click on Finish Online Order

Step 5: Order has been completed
