What is member portal?

The Member Portal is a personal gateway where users can view their information within the E-Commerce platform.

How does it work?

It can be viewed in the Personal Profile section of the E-Commerce platform.

This page will be accessible after login through the My Account section in the Navigation menu.

Click 'Information' to view customer information:

Click 'Order History' to view customer orders:

'Edit Information' Button

Customer can edit their information in this section. It opens as a dialog box.

'Update Password' Button

Customers can change their passwords in this section. It opens as dialog box as well.
