The Member Transaction Details Report provides a comprehensive view of each customer’s activity, including:

  • Personal details

Accessing and Filtering the Report

At the top of the report, you can apply filters to refine your data:

Available Filters:

  • Begin Date / End Date
    Select the time period for your report

  • Branch
    Choose one or multiple store locations

  • Membership Type
    Filter by customer tier or group

  • Identification Type & Number
    Search for a specific customer

Actions:

  • Download Report → Export data to CSV

  • View Report → Display results on screen

  • Sale Order Number

  • Sale Order Type/Status (Opened, Cancelled, Refunded)
