[Employee](https://knowledge.techpos.ca/en/knowledge/reports?hsLang=en#employee) # Role Permissions Report ## Role Permissions Report outlines all permissions currently assigned to each employee, providing visibility into the access levels and system functions available to each staff member. **Navigation: Menu \> Reports \> Employee \> Role Permissions Report** **Note:** This report only displays current active permissions. It does not log changes of the roles (see **User Role Log Report** for modification history on roles). ### 1. Download Report Explore this report to view all permissions currently assigned to each employee, offering clear insights into their access levels and available system functions. Report CSV overview Open the CSV file to get a detailed overview of user permissions. Use the Role name filter to narrow down your view. The report is clearly arranged into three sections: Permissions, Reports, and Pages. Each section specifies which pages users can access.
