Role Permissions Report

Role Permissions Report outlines all permissions currently assigned to each employee, providing visibility into the access levels and system functions available to each staff member.

 

Navigation: Menu > Reports > Employee > Role Permissions Report

Note: This report only displays current active permissions. It does not log changes of the roles (see User Role Log Report for modification history on roles).

1. Access the Menu

Click the three horizontal lines to access the menu options.

2. Access Reports Section

Select 'Reports' to open the section for viewing various TechPOS reports.

3. Manage Role Permissions Report

Scroll down, and, on Employee section, select Role Permissions Report.

4. Download Report

Explore this report to view all permissions currently assigned to each employee, offering clear insights into their access levels and available system functions. Click the 'DOWNLOAD REPORT' button to obtain the Role Permissions Report.

5. Report CSV overview

Open the CSV file to get a detailed overview of user permissions. Use the Role name filter to narrow down your view. The report is clearly arranged into three sections: Permissions, Reports, and Pages. Each section specifies which pages users can access. "FALSE" indicates no access to a permission, report, or page, while "TRUE" means the user has access.
