This article provides a step-by-step guide on downloading Techdesk to your device. Techdesk enables our support team to connect to your terminal remotely, allowing for efficient troubleshooting and assistance.
Windows Based Operating System

Step 2: Open the .exe file, then Accept and Install Application
Step 3: Once installed, it will open the TechDesk App.
Step 4: Provide the ID and Password to our support agent.
Warning: Ensure that the service is running, to confirm it should show 'Ready' at the bottom.
If not running, click on Start Service
