As part of the February 2026 release, the User Role Log Report has been enhanced with a new feature:
Report Email Automation
You can now schedule the User Role Log report to be automatically emailed on a recurring basis.
Navigation
Menu > Reports > Employee > User Role Log Report
What’s New
A new Report Automation option has been added to the User Role Log page.
This allows you to:
- Schedule the report to be emailed monthly
- Assign recipient email addresses per branch
- Automatically receive the report without manual downloads
If scheduled, the report will be sent automatically at 7:00 AM on the scheduled cycle.
