This functionality enables you to sell gift cards without the need for third-party integration.
Selling a New Gift Card
Step 1: Create a product listing with exact name "Gift Card" and set the price to $0.01. Ensure that the product is under "Gift Card" category as well. The product should available in stock by creating a purchase order. If the system cannot find this product name, the error dialog will show up:
Step 2: Click on Gift Card button on top of the POS Page
Note: If you do not see Gift Card button on top of the POS page, please call Support Team at +1 833 722 3663 to have it enabled.
Step 3: Select Add a New Gift Card to Order
Step 4: Enter the amount to be loaded and confirm. 
Step 5: Gift Card will now be added to the cart. 
Step 6: After the customer pays for the Gift Card, the Activate/Reload Button will now show up. Click on the button to proceed.
Step 7: Enter the Gift Card number > Select New Card. After confirming, it will show you the success message at the bottom and gift card will now be activated.
Note: If you try to select New Card with an existing card, it will throw an error: 
Reloading Existing Card
Step 1: Select the Gift Card button on top of POS Page > Add Gift Card to Order > Enter the amount to be reloaded > Pay for the order > Click on Activate/Reload Gift Card. After confirming, it will show the message below:
Step 2: Enter the existing gift card number, and select Reload. 
Step 3: After reloading, there will be success message at the bottom.
To Check Balance:
Select the Gift Card button on top > Select Check Balance. Enter the Gift Card Number and Confirm.
Use Gift Card as Payment:
Select Gift Card Payment Method during Checkout and enter the gift card number.
