How to Apply or Use Member Points?

Before adding the member’s order, you need to search or bring up the member first.

  1. Go to POS Sales > Member Search
  2. There are different ways to search for the member. If you have a loyalty card attached, swipe the card from the Card Number field
  3. It will pull out the member info based on the card number.
  4. Once a member is added, it will show the current member points of the customer on the right side and products can now be added to the order.
  5. If the member wants to redeem his/her points, click on Apply Discount > Discount by Rewards Points
  6. Type in the amount of discount you wanted to give to the member. It will also show the maximum discount amount that can be redeemed based on member’s points.
