This article will provide the instructions. ### How to create a new user?  1. On the POS Core, go to Menu \> Users \> Member.  2. Click on **Add New Member** 3. Fill out the customer information and ensure the **email address is valid**.  4. Hit **Save** and Click on the **pencil button** to edit.  5. Once on the member edit page, click on **Generate Online User**. 6. If a member already has an account on the system, their account can still be upgraded to be used online.  1. Search for the member under Menu \> Users \> Member.  2. Click on the **Edit (pencil) button**.  3. Click on **Generate Online User**.  4. Same process as mentioned above, the user will receive their password through email.  5.
