How to Print Individual Product Barcodes?

This article will guide you through the process of printing a barcode on either a label printer or a regular barcode printer.

Option 1: Print using a Zebra Label Printer

The label printer we currently support is Zebra ZD410 Desktop Printer. The correct label paper size for this printer and our system is 2” by 1”. 

Step 1: Go to Menu > Inventory > Products > Search for the product and select. 

Step 2: Click on Print by Label button. This will print the product information and barcode on the label printer. 

 Step 3: The barcode generated can then be scanned on the POS. 

Option 2: Print using a Regular Office Printer

Step 1: Go to Menu > Inventory > Products > Search for the product and select. 

Step 2: Click on Save Label to PDF.

Step 3: A pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose the desired printer for printing or select 'Save as PDF' before printing.

 Step 3: The barcode generated can then be scanned on the POS.
