Internal Report Format Issues
Follow the steps below if you are experiencing issues with the layout of your reports.
If your internal reports are not loading correctly, i.e. columns are shifted over onto the next cell etc., then you will need to simply go over the product names in the system once again.
The reason that this issue would occur is due to the fact that there are extra symbols such as commas "," included in the product name. Therefore, you will simply need to edit the product name to ensure there are no commas or extra unnecessary symbols included.
- Go to the Products page under the Inventory tab
- Find the product that needs to be corrected for the report
- Click the EDIT icon and make sure the product name has no extra characters/symbols
- Save changes
Once that has been fixed, your reports should be set and all products should be properly placed in their given columns.
