Product Refund Error

What happens if the system does not allow you to refund a product?

If you are trying to process a refund but the system does not allow you to do so, that product is most likely set as a non-refundable item. 

To change this setting:

1. Head to the Categories page under the Inventory section. Next, choose the category of the product you are trying to refund, and click the edit button on the right (pencil icon).

2. Once you have chosen the category for the product, enable the Refundable tab to Yes.

By enabling the Refundable option, all the products under this category will be able to be refunded.
