The Manual Inventory Change report provides detailed records of all manual adjustments made to inventory at a specific location.

The report is used to ensure transparency, accountability, and accuracy in inventory management by documenting every manual intervention separate from automated system updates.

Each entry in the report provides comprehensive details regarding the manual inventory adjustments:

  • Category Name: Indicates the product category such as 'Beverages' or 'Accessory.'
  • Product Name and SKU: Lists the name and SKU number of the product adjusted.
  • Employee Name: Records the name of the employee who made the adjustment.
  • Action: Describes the nature of the inventory adjustment (increase or decrease).
  • Reason: Specifies the reason for the adjustment, such as 'Other Addition-14 on hand' or 'Increase switch over.'
  • Lot Number: Identifies the lot number associated with the product adjustment.
  • Previous Qty: Shows the inventory quantity before the adjustment.
  • Qty Change: Indicates the change in quantity resulting from the manual adjustment.
  • New Qty: Displays the new inventory quantity post-adjustment.
  • Warehouse Name: Names the location within the store where the adjustment was recorded, typically 'Store.'
