- Category Name: Indicates the product category such as 'Beverages' or 'Accessory.'
- Product Name and SKU: Lists the name and SKU number of the product adjusted.
- Employee Name: Records the name of the employee who made the adjustment.
- Action: Describes the nature of the inventory adjustment (increase or decrease).
- Reason: Specifies the reason for the adjustment, such as 'Other Addition-14 on hand' or 'Increase switch over.'
- Lot Number: Identifies the lot number associated with the product adjustment.
- Previous Qty: Shows the inventory quantity before the adjustment.
- Qty Change: Indicates the change in quantity resulting from the manual adjustment.
